I lead a process to illustrate this big picture. In which marketplace do you operate and how does it work? Who else is there and how is your offering uniquely benefiting a specific audience?  How will they know?

I work in an inclusive, collaborative manner with key stakeholders and also conduct my own research. We define together what success will look like.
